Today I am joined by Emma Hall of Vashti Performance. Emma is a registered psychologist who specialises in sports performance and today we go over COVID-19 and how to approach our goals and exercise during this time, negative self-talk and what to do about it, sports related anxiety, and round it off chatting about how to use language as a coach to positively influence our clients and their performance.
